Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide youth hockey players the opportunity to develop advanced individual and team skills by playing with and against players & teams of equal or greater skill. 

History & Philosophy
The ITR AAA Devils Hockey Club originated in 2007.  Our program is unlike any other in that we offer elite coaches, summer team training (on ice and off) and a competitive tournament schedule. The biggest advantage that our AAA program will provide compared to others is our coaching and level of training both on and off the ice.  Devil players will have the opportunity to train as a team alongside current pros during our Team Development Training Camp as well as compete in games and tournaments throughout the summer. If total player development is what you’re looking for Inside The Red Devils AAA will provide this.


Since 2007, our organization has grown to include teams from Mites to High School, ages nine to nineteen.  If you have an interest in starting a team please contact us directly at 612.423.6552.



The Devils philosophy is that the best competition and coaching challenges players to be their best. The strength of this concept lies in the belief that highly skilled players, playing with others of similar skills, are able to learn more about teamwork and the game of hockey.  Our off-ice dryland routine is designed by Mike Potenza who is the current strength coach for the San Jose Sharks. Mike has been working with Inside The Red for 5 years. Current Pro's Adam Burish, Tom Gilbert, and other ex badgers and former gophers as well as other Division 1 and Pro athletes will train our Devils team during our team development training camp.

Every aspect of the Devils schedule, from player selection to practices to competition, is designed to help the individual improve as a hockey player. Additional benefits include the expansion of life experience and the development of self-confidence, all while having fun with their friends!
